By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Before paying, confirm the selected country, currency, items, quantities, shipping, total, and delivery details.

Product information and health notice

Website information is for general product and purchase reference. The physical label is the final reference for ingredients, net contents, directions, batch, expiry, and warnings. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease and do not guarantee a particular result. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you take medication, manage a long-term health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are sensitive to an ingredient.

Pricing, orders, and payment

Prices are displayed in the local currency for your selected country. Checkout shows the item subtotal, applicable shipping, and total before payment. An order is paid only after Stripe confirms payment. If payment is not completed, your cart remains available so you can retry. We may correct an obvious pricing or information error before dispatch and will contact you when needed.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the address, customs, carriers, public holidays, or events outside our control. Provide a complete, correct address and reachable phone number. Delays or additional costs caused by incorrect details may be the customer's responsibility.

Cancellation, problem items, and refunds

To request cancellation, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible before dispatch. For an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise problematic item, keep the packaging, order number, and clear photos and contact us promptly. We will explain available replacement, return, or refund arrangements based on the item's condition, delivery records, and applicable law. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes applicable statutory consumer rights.

Site use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass safeguards, submit false orders, or misuse payment and support processes. Unless stated otherwise, site content and brand materials belong to their respective rights holders.
